What languages does Transcend translate?

What are Transcend's rates?

The cost of each translation depends on these factors:

  • Volume (word count)
  • Language (common languages like Spanish or Vietnamese are much less expensive than exotic languages like Nepalese or Dinka.)
  • Formatting – if you need your translation to match the English document.
  • Turn-around – if you need something “yesterday,” there may be a surcharge.
  • The terms of your contract with Transcend.

Does Transcend require a written contract?

In most cases a signed quote that outlines the cost and scope of service is all we need to start your project. State agencies are required to have a purchase or service order to get started.

If your company or agency prefers a different contract format, just let us know.

At this time, we are a registered vendor with the states of California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Transcend is also a:

  • CMAS vendor,
  • Certified Small Business, and
  • Women Business Enterprise.

Can I pay for my project with a credit card?

Yes. We accept:

  • American Express,
  • Visa,
  • MasterCard, and
  • Discover card.

Your project manager will ask you for the information on this credit card form (Word document).

How do I get started?

To get started, just follow one of these easy steps:

  • Email or fax Transcend, along with the details of your scope of work (for example: languages needs, specific timeframes, final deliverables, etc…). A project manager will get back to you within 24 hours with any questions before sending you a quote.
  • Use our free online quote service to request a quote. Within 24 hours, one of our project managers will get back to you with any questions or with a quote.
  • Email us at end@transcend.net or call our office at 530.756.5834 to talk to one of our project managers.
